For the most part an improvement of the area, it’s viability and public spaces, oriented towards major development of the historical buildings situated along Via della Libertà.  Green areas and a parking place have been positioned at the forefront and sides with a view to according wide scope to it such that in this ‘heart’ the residential areas are laterally positioned, becoming extensions to existing houses already rendered historical whilst not ‘assailing’ the historical construction which, in its turn, becomes a strong point of the entire assignment.
