The idea was to create a settlement which anticipated a significant entrance head and a background linearity and simplicity. The proposed solution materialized with colonial-type building references or rather an interpretation of the proprietor’s building as well as secondary and service constructions. In distributive terms and with old-style building reminiscences in the construction architecture, a well-organized settlement resulted from this reinterpretation.
