Reconstruction of the Hotel situated at Punta Marina was interpreted as an important opportunity to open a dialogue with the sea via transformation of the part which overlooks it.
The construction of terraces, appropriately framed to bestow order, rhythm and a sense of unity to the new façade design, has conceded the establishment of a direct relationship between the welcoming ambience of the hotel and the sea.
The indoor spaces have been reorganized in such a way as to optimize the space behind the east side, such that the greater number of rooms may face the sea.
On the round floor, the great hall and bar open onto the main road behind a transparent glass door which has substituted an old brick curtain surmounted by the original reinforced cement roof which welcomes guests and upon which is affixed the luminous hotel sign.
