The building orients itself and is broken up in its faceting to better face the sun so as to take full advantage of the characteristics of its share, identifying spaces for privacy in the inner, east-facing court and in space closure owing to the garage on the front street.
The square matrix volume composition is shown as simple, with subtle differences in the altimetry height in relation to internal space use, in the system of openings (with its relative screenings) and in the roof with its extensive system of greenery.
